Why Kettlebells?

This is a question that many have asked themselves before getting into kettlebell training as we'll as when seeing others train with kettlebells.

Why kettlebells?

Besides the fact that they work as functional tools that bring you results.

They offer a huge value when it comes to a simple and affordable training tool.

-They are compact; truth is they can easily be used in an apartment or single room like a bedroom.

-They are versatile, although they don't completely replace an entire gym, they are great for performing exercises that hit every major muscle group and can condition not just strength but metabolic conditioning, making them an almost complete gym. I would suggest the addition of pullup/dip bars as well, at least.

-They are extremely affordable and durable. For the cost of a few years gym memebership you can have a complete set of kettlebells that will last a lifetime of use.

For myself these were the practical reasons that got me interested in kettlebell training.
