The Top 10 Benefits You'll Gain From Training With Kettlebells. Part 4

Here's the next benefit you'll get from kettlebell training and easily one of the most important... saved time.

The beauty of kettlebell training is that it isn't very time consuming. You can still get an effective workout in by training for 20 minutes a day. Believe it or not I've actually had 5 minutes of training that wiped me out and were very effective. I saw an increase in strength because of these workouts.

You can't use the "I don't have the time" excuse, that so many people give as to why they can't workout.

20 minutes of intense kettlebell training will yield results.

This is one of the main reasons that kettlebells have gained so much popularity in such a quick time, people today are pressed for time and the effectiveness of quick workouts that can be done with kettlebells make them extremely attractive to busy people. Which is most people.

The Top 10 Benefits You'll Gain From Training With Kettlebells. Part 3

Fat Burning And Increased Metabolism.

One of the greatest benefits of Kettlebell Training has to be the increase in metabolism as well as fat and calorie burning nature of the exercises themselves.

Why is this? Simply put, working out with kettlebells will work many muscles in conjunction which will in turn burn more calories and consequently more fat. This also helps to ramp up metabolism as more muscles are worked, more will need to recover which will turn up your caloric needs and burn more fat as long as you pay attention to your diet as well.

Kettlebell training is excellent for fat loss and cranking up your metabolism.

The Top 10 Benefits You WIll Gain From Training With Kettlebells.

Kettlebells have been exploding in popularity these past few years and there is good reason.
They are quite simply the most effective training tools for gaining a number of benefits from exercising with them.

Let's begin with number 10.

Mental Toughness:

Properly training with kettlebells will develop your mental resiliency. The more you train with them the more you practice pushing through your mental sticking points and pain threshold. I'm talking about a good pain here. One that is different from pain that signs you are doing something wrong.
This "good" pain is what comes when you feel you can't do one more rep and then you push through that. This benefit transfers over to real life. Whatever challenges you might face in life where you feel like you can't go past one more hurdle or might feel threatened by the hurdles, kettlebell training will help reinforce the drive in you to push through and get past those hurdles.

If you have never experienced this for yourself, I would urge you right now to drop everything and get your hands on a kettlebell and push yourself through some high reps with a weight that you can handle. The experience and results you'll gain from this will be astonishing.

Tomorrow will look at benefit number 9.
