I Dare You!

That's right, but before I let you in on what I'm daring you to do, I want to give you a little more info about yourself.

About myself? You ask?

Yup, about yourself.

You see I know something about everyone reading this post that quite possibly they themselves don't.

I know that deep inside yourself you have the natural ability and potential to not just improve your very life but the lives of hundreds if not thousands of other people.
I know that you have within your reach the ability to turn countless others onto the fitness lifestyle that you and I both know can make a huge difference in peoples' lives.

Why do I say that I know this about you and you don't?

Because although many people are aware that training regularly has positive benefits on not only the physical aspects of one's life, but the mental and emotional as well, most are not aware that they are able to truly change others lives by being examples of what's possible and letting others know about their potential as well.

Years ago, I remember telling someone how easy it is to lose weight and get in shape if they put their focus on it and got to work.

You know what they told me?

"Well, that's easy for YOU to say."

Huh, easy for me?

Why should it be any easier for me than for anyone else?

I can assure you it isn't.

Yes there are some people who are genetically gifted but so what?

Does that mean you shouldn't attempt anything that might come more easily to someone else?
That would be stupid.

So if you're already in decent shape and others look at you and think you were born that way, I think it's your responsibility to tell them you weren't born that way, you'd be surprised how many people don't realize that.

Got you thinking?
Good!

Now onto my dare.

I dare you to be more today than you were yesterday.
By more I mean to push yourself harder.
To push yourself further.
To push yourself beyond all your expectations.
Also to expect more from yourself than your did yesterday.
To expect your self to work harder and get more done.
Also to push yourself in every area of your life and in your reaching out to others.
To motivate and inspire more people than you ever have before.
To help them get more done than not only what they believe is possible but more than you ever believed was possible.

How do I do that you ask?

By suspending your belief and getting yourself and others to attempt the incredible.

I'll share with you this quick quote.

I remember an instructor of mine used to say,
"You never know how much you can really do until you've attempted to do more than you really can."

Think about it.

Next week I'll build on this some more, until then,
I dare you to take action beyond just reading this post and make things happen!
